Intelexual Media was launched on January 26th, 2017.

After graduating with a bachelor's degree in history from The Ohio State University in 2016, I knew I wanted to teach on my terms. Intelexual Media was born in the aftermath of Donald Trump's first election. I built my audience through hard work-- netting 120,000 followers on Twitter and 366,000 subscribers on Youtube, where I have 20,000,000 views on long-form videos. But because of the instability and unpleasantness of Elon Musk's Twitter and Youtube's strict censorship of certain topics and words, I have decided to begin archiving my material on my personal website.

 

I like to talk about history, sex, sociology, and pop culture, focusing heavily on black women, whose stories are not told enough in history retrospectives and documentaries. I research extensively using a thick combination of sources and oral history. You can get sources for all of my content on Patreon for $1. ​

In addition to researching, writing, editing, and curating my content, I produce pin-up photography. I'm currently working on a novel and also stream video games on Twitch. This website will be updated weekly, and I hope you enjoy the quizzes, playlists, exclusive content, and resources!
